Seasons of Reading and Holiday Recipe #6

Holiday Recipe #6: Banana Nut Bread
Cream together in large bowl:
1 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter then add and mix:
3 large ripe mashed bananas
2 tablespoons milk

2 eggs
Add dry ingredients:
2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts
Bake at 350 for one hours. Makes two loaf pans.
