It's Been A Week

It's been a week boys and girls. The babies got past their illness and now have caught something else. Yup, they attend daycare. I got through my manuscript and am hoping to do one more cruise through it before I submit. We received an offer on the house. What does this mean? If everything goes as planned and if it doesn't fall through, October is going to be a hellacious month. Challenging would sound more upbeat but hellacious is more appropriate. grin. Though better hellacious than the deal falling through:) We need to find a place to live, pack, and move. And did I mention, the hh is attending a work conference and I'm scheduled for two out of state conferences next month? Ah, the joys of the fast lane. But enough about me, catch me up. What went on with you last week?

You must love the fast paced life-Moving is always difficult but rewarding in the end and you will get through the month of October. Last week just dealt with pain (normal) and had to take a day off and my hubby's father died. Ok doesn't sound that great but his father was, shall i dare say, not a nice man-quite violent/abusive alcoholic but my hubby is now dealing with a sense of closure and emotions that are a mixed bag.

Moving is such a pain but once it's done, you can put your feet up and rest easy in your new home.
I hope your grandchildren get better! Daycares are never a good place for healthy kids, lol. I remember getting sick all of the time from the children coming home with all kinds of viruses.
Last week, I was consumed by a PR I did for my children's book. Now, I have to catch up to all of the reviews and emails. So much work... ugh, Monday blues.

I had a month like this years ago with moving and so many other things going on. It will get done. After it all happens, it'll be a relief.
