Wacky Wednesday

~*~
Follow has flipped to Unfollow.  What's that about?

~*~
My bud and I walked nearly five miles Monday and the last mile was a gasper.
Got home and saw that  temp was 98, not factoring in the humidity.
A big durr to me.

  1. Good ones again today. I always go walking each day, but take my bottle of water with me, either to drink or pour over my head! Happy Wednesday, hugs, Valerie

  2. Five miles?! Wow! I don't think I'd ever have the motivation for something like that.

And LOL, that chicken comic is priceless... XD

  4. I am not sure what is up with the new follow buttons. Blogger is always changing :) it has been hot here in Germany as well! I am ready to welcome autumn!

  5. Love that chicken. Makes a nonsense out of the phrase 'bird-brained' doesn't it?
    Heat? Bleah.
    Blogger shennanigans? Also bleah.

    1. Indeed. And I second the bleahs.
      Have a good one, Sue:)

  6. That is really odd. They keep saying they want to do away with GFC. Maybe this is the beginning of the end.

  7. Chicken, very amusing. Cat, a very unusual pose. Exercise is good. Eight kilometres in heat and humidity is dumb.

  8. is that a chicken joke (said in a joanne worley voice)?

  9. I couldn't figure out the joke on the unfollow, because by the time I got here, your follow button was back, as it was on a couple of other blogs. But it was unfollow on mine.

We are under an excessive heat warning, so any excessive exercise outside is scary. Glad you are not sick or didn't get heat exhaustion.

    1. Hi Elizabeth. Wednesday may have been a bad day to post on the follow unfollow issue:) On my screen it's still showing up as unfollow. I'm glad it's showing up as follow on your screen. Very weird though.

  10. I hadn't even noticed the 'unfollow' - I had to scroll up to see. Well done on the five miles, but maybe check the weather next time :-) Poor Henrietta!

  13. I think (and I could definitely be wrong) that when you are already following a blog you see "Unfollow" so you can opt out if you want. When you are not following, you see "Follow." Maybe?

  14. Five miles is grand. haha Orlin may look like that at times, or at least the tp does. Yeah, dumb gfc changed, now says unfollow or follow

  15. This looks like our cat after attacking...anything...hahahahaaa. Poor chicken but I agree with her if I were her. I commend you for walking that length in this heat. I could not do it and would be greatly tempted to jump into one of those water play areas for the kids
