Happy Memorial Day to you.
And to you, Ms. Jamie:)
That is one fearless kitty! Happy Memorial Day, hugs, Valerie
I'll say.And to you, Val.Hugs back,
Happy Memorial Day.Cats carry contradictory/perverse behaviour to a whole new level don't they? I hope Franky stayed safe (inside).
Well said!Yes, I took a quick look for funnel clouds then darted out after him. The little twerp.
Silly Franky! As a kid, I had a dog who would dash outside like that any moment she had the opportunity to. So, I know how frustrating it can be to chase after pets that stubborn, LOL!
For sure, Heather! He acts more like a dog than a cat.
Happy Memorial Day to you, too, Sandra.Franky reminds me of a spread I made in one of my altered books. The sentiment, which I couldn't find on my blog was similar to Cats often want in when they are out and out when they are in, and sometimes simultaneously.
Isn't that the truth. I'd love to see the spread.
On This Memorial Day....By....Emily Toma Remember those who served before.Remember those who are no more.Remember those who serve today.Remember them as we eat and play.Remember our protectors-who are not home today.Remember them all on Memorial Day.
Thanks for sharing this, Willie.
I can recall being in the US one Memorial Day, we visited Arlington Cemetary, What an awesome sight.Have a great day.Yvonne.
I've never been there, but I'd love to see it.
I guess the tornado did not happen.
Not in our area, thank goodness.
No wind is going to stop him!
The wind wouldn't dare:)
Glad no tornado hit your area. Cats do have their own mind and I would follow them since they know where to hide. Wishing you a great Memorial Day.
They're great weather predictors. They know when the storms are coming. Thanks, Birgit:)
Hope all the cats are ok.Sending my good wishes on this Memorial Day, I did enjoy reading Willie's words too.All the best Jan
They're all fine, thank you. I corralled Franky and got him back in the house.Willie always has words of wisdom to share.YOU have a great one.
Franky just wanted to see what all the excitement was about. Glad no more exciting than trying to get him to come in. Have a wonderful holiday.
Ha. Thanks, CJ:)Hope yours has been grand.
Oh! That had to be worrisome for you Sandra! I hope that you gave Franky a good talking to ;) Hope the weather settled down, too!Hugs 💖
Thanks, Jan. He gets a good talking to daily, usually sprinkled with several four letter words.Grin.
Happy day Sandra. We had that storm system come through - tornadoes, grapefruit sized hail and hurricane winds and it barely sprinkled. I'm not complaining though and at least I got the garage cleaned out so I could park my truck in it.
Good grief! Glad you and yours are okay.Always a silver lining:) Sometimes you just have to look hard to find it.
Glad it was just a warning and the tornado didn't hit. I can't believe a kitty left during the danger! Yikes!Happy Memorial Day!~Jess
I got him back in, but his sensors were certainly on the blink:)
The fact that you're posting tells me nothing horrible happened, for which I am most grateful. But I know your heart was beating overtime!
Yes, on both accounts. I got him back in:)
