Do you think bras are measured in cups because boobs hold milk?
I got to admit, I never made that correlation, Adam:)
I can't stop laughing about that first one, sooooo true! Happy Wednesday, hugs, Valerie
Happy Wednesday to you, Val:)
The cat's prayer is so very true. Sometimes painfully true in this house.
I had a good laugh at the cat's prayer. It was fun and funny. I also LOVE Valerie's chicken, too. Of course, I also laughed about the bra. I was expecting a different second half of that one. Have a great Wednesday, Sandra.
I love Val's chicken too:)You have a great Wednesday also, Elizabeth.
I always love a funny cat meme, and when I get to coupon shopping, the shopaholic one fits perfectly. What a fun way to start Wednesday, Sandra! Hugs...RO
Glad you liked them, Ro:)Hugs back,
A cheerful start to a dull Wednesday, Thanks Sandra.Yvonne.
Hope your day brightens up, Yvonne.
No one wants a half full cup...
I love the one with the cat, that's sooooooo cute!
:)Doesn't that kitty look like it would be a cuddle bug?
A fun start to my Wednesday ...Many thanksAll the best Jan
My pleasure, Jan. Enjoy your day.
God forbid we ever forget to fill the cat bowl before going to bed. LOL
Grin.We don't actually fill up the bowls at bedtime, but everyone gets their bedtime snacks;)
:-D great start to Wednesday. Especially loved the kitty prayer
So glad you enjoyed, CJ:)
Loved the kitten one.
Isn't he a cutie? So glad you liked it, Jamie.
Good ones this week - love the bra one, hee hee.
Speaking of which, did you ever get yours?
Ahhh bras...the help with gravity if you are wearing the right one. I had a client last week that really needed to wear one. I was scared if she lifted up her skirt I would see them. Pussy cats know so much and that poem sums it up
Yikes! They certainly do. Like how to get you out of bed to feed them:)
Have to get full cups lol the cat one is sure true
Yes and yes:)
I help that economy, love to shop
I occasionally chip in to, Steve:)
Great fun and laughs...thank you Sandra 💮
Entirely my pleasure, Jan. So glad you enjoyed it.
Here's a brief rundown of concerns about rusting fabric and paper:Make sure you wear gloves before you pick up a rusty piece for any reason. I know some people wonder why I am so adamant about wearing gloves when I handle rust, but the truth is, rust in any form affects the hemoglobin in your blood stream. This is especially true if you have a cut or cat scratch on your hands (HMMM!!).if you rust PAPER, in order to stop the rusting process and make it safe for you to handle the finished piece, please use a sealer of some type. It could be a purchased sealer, a fixative, or cheap aerosol hairspray. For fixing fabric I use baking soda and water. And I always wear disposable gloves until after the final rinse or until after BOTH sides of the paper have been sprayed and dried. Thanks for asking, Sandra. Probably more than you wanted to know. Sadly, I don't really know the science behind why rust affects hemoglobin, I just know it does, and most blogs that talk about rusting fabric or paper fail to mention this very important safety measure.
Sorry, I forgot to add this:Although this really isn't the science behind why rust affects people, hemoglobin is the protein that contains iron found in all red blood cells. It enables red blood cells to bind to oxygen in the lungs and carry it to tissues and organs throughout the body. Low amounts of hemoglobin can cause anemia which could result in fatigue, paleness, shortness of breath, headaches, and distorted vision, to name a few symptoms. That's why I always want people to use gloves when handling rusty objects.
Thanks, Elizabeth. I really appreciate the info.
