A Bit of Whimsy

The Easter Bunny was kind enough to leave me flowers this year, along with the little vase and whimsical lady. He's got my number:) Though, considering the years he's been hopping down the bunny trail, he should have it down pat.  Ha.
When the daisies had pretty much completed their cycle of life I took them outside with the idea of dumping them then stuck them in the garden instead.
AND...
The trees are blossoming. I love spring.

You have a very thoughtful and wonderful Easter Bunny. And I love your spring tree, too. Wish MY grass looked that green!

Spring is moderately exciting here. It must be much more exciting in colder places, especially where there is snow.

The watering can vase is cute, and I love the bright colored flowers. Spring has decided to skip us this year. We got sleet and a touch of snow last night. Is it July, yet?

Those flowers were too pretty to just throw in the garbage.

Spring's my favourite season. Nice photos.

It sure is, EC. What I love most about winter is knowing spring is coming.

The Easter Bunny does a great job.
There's a lot of bare spots in that grass, but we're working on it.

Sometimes I like to get that 2nd life out of my cut flowers. I enjoy the blooms during cold weather

I just love the Spring season, it can make you walk with more of a spring in your step ... if you know what I mean. The gardens are beginning to look quite spring-like in our neighbourhood too, which is lovely.

Loved seeing your photographs - wishing you a good week ahead.

All the best Jan

Yes, they were fun:)

Considering we have had to endure rain, winds, snow, freezing rain, more freezing rain this past weekend and today, it is so nice to see your pictures here. I love the bright colours and that watering can is so much fun for a garden. Your tree looks so good and I hope ours will look good...a month from now.

It's chilly here today too, Jess.
There's nothing better than flowering trees in spring, is there.

Sandra Cox said...

You wouldn't know it today. Brrrr.

Sandra Cox said...

Heh. Wouldn't do any good today. It's chilly here.

Sandra Cox said...

I sure do know, Jan, and completely agree.
Thanks and wishing you a good week also.

Wishing you sunshine, blue skies and spring flowers....soon.
