Tuesday

Greeting Blogger Buds. Who out there knows what you get when you combine alcohol and American literature?
Tequila Mockingbird

We were in Walmart the other day and saw this little ole lady.  (Yes, I know. I fall into the little ole lady category too.) Any hoo, she had a snappy hair cut, crisp ironed jeans and was wearing a black leather jacket. Did my heart good:) I had visions of her jumping a Harley, gunning it and taking off.

AND...
Big Oops in the garden. The tulips and hyacinths are trying to come up. My confused little flowers.
AND...

Life changes on a dime. After the baby's parents got a referral to Le Bonheur, the hospital contacted them and said they could help. They were confident they could get 90% of the tumor, maybe even remove what was on the brain cell if it wasn't adhered.  Le Bonheur partners with St. Jude's and has a brain tumor program.  The baby was flown in a jet to Memphis Saturday and they performed surgery Monday. AND... the surgeon got 100 percent of the tumor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't tell you how happy we are. All those that sent positive energy and prayers, they did the trick:)
We are currently house/grandsitting so, once again, blogging may be hit and miss.

Hope y'all are doing well. I certainly am:)

That's so fantastic to hear about the baby, may his recovery be speedy! All the best to you and yours. Like the story about the old lady - I always forget that's my category now, too! Concentrate on your family, everything else is't so important just now! BIG hugs, Valerie

Sandra - This is great news, the power of prayers is amazing.

Hopefully, this weather won't destroy the blooms of spring. It's too early for flowers here.
