Did You Know Thursday


Did you know, Elizabeth Warren proposed the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to protect American consumers? She proposed it in 2007 and it was passed in 2010 in response to the 2007-08 financial crisis. It’s priorities: student debt, mortgages, and credit cards.

It happens when people don't have money to buy a home or put themselves through school and when the loans are deferred the interest keeps building adding thousands and thousands upon what is already owed.
