Tuesday

Greetings Blogger Buds, I trust you all are staying safe and healthy. Did you have a good weekend? A good Monday?
As I'm sure you've figured out, my days are repetitive. Writing and gardening:) We've thrown kitten/cat hunting into the mix. I'm looking for a Belle replacement. Another kitty with her sweet personality.

Garden shots:

After the rain:

The little grand girl was included in a local sports news article.

AND...
I'm planning on making some veggie chili.  My daughter recommended adding vinegar and dark chocolate. Anyone tried it?

This is it for me.  I've got next to nothing this week. What's happening on your end?

A big hooray for your granddaugher.
I am not a fan of chocolate added to savoury dishes. Other people really like it, but it is not for me. My current add to everything is Black Garlic Balsamic Vinegar.
I am otherwise gardening, reading, and doing a bit of voluntary work. I am definitely dull.
Good luck on the cat hunt. You and the cat will both benefit.

You have a lovely garden Sandra, something I miss. I prefer choclate myself. Yes I agree the days are repetitive, how I took for granted the small things in life I cannot do at present.
Have a good Tuesday.
Keep well.
Yvonne.

What beautiful flowers!
Years ago, hubby used my Green & Blacks recipe book to make a three-course meal, which included a chilli/chocolate-type main. It was good. But it was also such an accidentally booze-filled evening that neither of us want to ever try it again :-)

Chocolate in chili...seems odd.
Going to be a very rainy week.

Good for your granddaughter. Haven't done a veggie chilli. Beautiful flowers.

Vinegar maybe, but chocolate? We found soy sauce adds a little kick.

I hope you find a kitty as sweet as our two.

Thank you:) We're proud:)
Your add in sounds like a taste enhancer.
We'll be dull together.
Having a meet and great tomorrow.

I can't imagine living where I couldn't have a garden.
We did take small things for granted didn't we. And we do love our chocolate:)
Stay safe. Be healthy.

Your flowers are incredible. Your granddaughter is a real cutie with a HUGE smile/grin.

I've heard chocolate works in any chili. The Mexican Chocolate probably works best. The "bars" are actually circles, and you can break off as many of the six pieces as you need for your chili.

You take such beautiful shots and love those deep pinkish/red flowers with the raindrops on them which looks like sparkles. To be honest, it was so beautiful outside and I was so crippled up that I could do nothing on Saturday. My hubby was good in the morning but he was feeling in by later afternoon plus our dog was limping and so was our one cat. We all have arthritis..well u have something different but blah blah, Sunday I was getting better but I had to be careful not to stand too long. Walking was hard because it felt like I was walking on those sharp stones.

Sorry for saying this but, for some reason, I feel I can say this to you even though it is public😁

I bet your garden rocks!
I should have given more info on the grand. Her pic is #6. Thanks for checking out the article:)

Hi Susan, I don't know the official name, just a day lily.
Thanks for checking out the link, Susan. I should have pointed out, she's the 6th picture.

Oh, Birgit, I'm sorry you, your hubby and the critters are having to deal with this. Uncle Arthur can be a beast at times. He visits us from time to time too.

I'm glad you feel comfortable here. Whatever you have to say is always welcome. Plus, I want to know how you are doing.
