A. To make us buy more grapes when we pick up grapes with seeds by mistake.
B. Have no idea.
C. The reason is: fill in the blank.

AND....

  1. I like seedless grapes better too; I don't like having to pick out the seeds every time or accidentally swallowing them.

  4. Because farmers still grow seeded grapes and they can't sell them to the places that turn grapes into raisins.

Or because people haven't learned to read.

Happy broomstick October, Sandra. Clever question.

  6. To give you exercise, picking out the seeds? I really don't know why. I prefer seedless grapes. The ones with seeds are too much work.

  10. The only thing you can used seeded grapes for is wine making and most people making wine would buy direct from a vineyard or grow their own.

  11. Hi Sandra - I'd guess they're a different species with a different taste ... and I'm sure some people are happy with the seeds - extra roughage. Frustrating when one picks up the wrong sort though - cheers Hilary

  18. Because the grapes are evil. They love seeing people take their dentures out to get rid of those seeds. I prefer seedless as well. In Canada, it would cost witches $1.05

  19. I think the Grape Fairies get their grapes together from and ship them all out willy nilly around the world not knowing if they have seeds or not.(lol) Perhaps they simply cross their fingers. It's up to us to have tons of fun figuring it all out while we're in the store. Great post that got me thinking, Super Sandra! Hugs...RO

  20. I like seedless!!! I have to tell you, my mom's very good friend, turned 95 this year. Still lives on her own. All my life, I have known her to eat apple seeds, because she says it fights cancer. I often think, maybe there is something to this? Maybe there is something in grape seeds too? Big Hugs! Happy October!
