I would say seize or grasp are good replacements for hent.
As for the Island, I have never heard of it, but geography was never my strong suit.
I knew of neither, but I now do. Hent made me wonder about the word het, such as, all het up.
I hent some man's thigh when I realized how far up I was in the balcony. I apologized and he seemed quite alright with that. True story...I have acropolis and when we went to see Mamma Mia, our seats were way up in the balcony. I had a slight ( hahaha) case of a panic attack before I got the nerve to crawl to my seat.
I knew about James Bond Island! The Man With The Golden Gun was filmed there. It is a big tourist destination, my friend went there

Apparently, it's Khao Phing Kan, and it's famous because the 007 movie was shot there.
