Can you believe the daffodils were in bloom last week? Of course yesterday evening we got ice and snow. sigh. For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.
- By William Wordsworth (1770-1850).

I don't think we'll see daffodils until July
With all this stinkin cold and snow daffodils may never show
love that Wordsworth poem might even put it on my Facebook :) Reminds me of my Romanticism poets studies at college...
Smashwords. I will check them out. Thanks!
Wordsworth had quite a thing for daffodils, and I don't blame him! Have a good one!
CJ, Our daffodils' heads are hanging low. Maybe they're embarrassed that they bloomed before cold weather left.
Pat, I'm sure the ones that have are having serious second thoughts.
Hi Dez,did you enjoy Ro. poets studies?
I like Wordsworth. Hmmm, wonder if that was really his name.
Robin, hope you find lots of keepers.
You too, Fundy Blue:)
