I couldn't find Strawberry Balsamic dressing, tried THIS and found I like it even better. Have you ever used it?
AND...
Faux got her spring cut. She's reached the stage where she doesn't groom anymore and her fur gets oily and matted. She looks, and acts, like she feels much better.
Once the cold weather hit, she moved inside and wouldn't set her dainty paws out until the weather warmed. Now we can't get her back in.
all folks.

Faux's 'do' is gorgeous. And a comfortable cat is a happy cat - as are the people who share their space.
I have never seen strawberry vinagrette. I may have to explore.
I haven't tried that dressing, but then I am not a dressing fan. Faux looks good, I wish somebody would take me for some spring grooming, my hair looks like a mop! Have a great week, hugs, Valerie
Oh, I need to look for this one. I love dressing on my salad, in my sandwich- everything!
Faux must feel a newly shorn lamb, where suddenly relieved of the weight of its wool, bounces around with gay abandon. Err, she doesn't look great, but that is a human problem, not a cat problem.
I don't think I've seen that brand.
Poor kitty. Long hair just doesn't agree with her anymore.
I've never seen that brand. We're partial to Newman's Own when it comes to salad dressings. I'm like Faux and not going outside until it gets warmer. More snow on the way mid-week.
Love the new look and I don't blame Faux one bit for enjoying the lovely weather. I haven't tried that brand, but glad you really enjoy the taste. I tried a Poppyseed Dressing the other day, and was surprised at how wonderful the flavor was. Hope your Monday is amazing! Hugs...RO
Lovely Faux looks so pretty that she wants everyone to see her new "do" and strut her stuff!!!
Can't say that I have ever tried the dressing.
Have a great Monday Sandra!!!
Hugs 💮❤💮
Love the pictures today.
When my dog was alive, she loved being indoors more than out regardless of season. She liked the freedom of being outside, but we'd never let her do it on her own free will. There were walks and park trips, but when it came to being in the backyard with the gate, she was like "meh".
I like all of Brianna's dressings. I'll remember this one for summer salads -- thanks for the recommendations. Faux look great!
It's like she has come out of hibernation. I worried about her all winter, now she seems like her old self. She must be part bear.
The label is misleading. It's actually a wine blush vinaigrette that's recommended over strawberries. It really seems to add to the flavor of the salad.
Come on over. I'll make an appointment for ya. Heh.
Hugs received and returned.
Happy Monday to you, too, Sandra. I have your book and am eager to read it.
Right there with ya. Let me know how you like it.
More a lumber than a bounce but definitely with gay abandon.
She got a lion cut. They had to go a little higher around the neck than they normally do because of little mats around her neck. The HH has always thought the lion cuts look weird but I love them.
Hi Sandra - Faux does look well after her careful coiffing! I tend to stick to things that I'm used to at home - yet enjoy trying new things when I'm out ... don't like things sitting around unused! Cheers Hilary
Let me know what you think if you try it.
She's loves her cuts. Conversely, we had a himmie that hated getting lion cuts. He'd complain for days. I think he found it an embarrassment:)
The dressing sounds fun. Poor old kitty, looks spoiled
I'll have to give Newman's a try.
Boo...no more snow. Actually the s word is being bandied around here too. I've warned the flowers.
I'm intrigued by Poppyseed Dressing. I may have to try it.
Happy Monday, Rockin Ro.
Happy Monday, that dressing looks good to me.
Persian, I assume? I had one and no matter how much I tried, she was a tangled mess. The spring trim did wonders.
faux paw....ewe lookz GORGEOUZ.... just make sure ya due knot listenz ta burd song out ther...oh kay !! ☺☺♥♥
Faux thanks you, Jan.
Me too:)
Hugs received and returned.
Thanks, Jamie. Glad you enjoyed them.
Sounds like ours. She won't go out unless someone goes with her.
It would be perfect for summer salads. Good idea, Jeanie.
Faux thanks you:)
Thanks so much for your support, Elizabeth. Hope you enjoy it.
That works, Hilary:)
Cheers,
She's half blind and deaf and maybe a little spoiled. Grin.
Happy Monday, Christine.
It's yummy:)
She's a Maine Coon. It's interesting how fur varies in long-hairs. In some tangling is a nonissue and some like you say turn into a tangled mess. But they are definitely higher maintenance that short hairs. I love Persians. They have the best personalities.
Birds don't tempt her anymore. Her hearing's gone, along with her eyesight.
She definitely says thank you for the gorgeous;)
A comfy do is always a win. Who wants to go out in the cold?
I have not tried it- but I love when we try something new and like it even more. Yeah! :) Sweet cat- I can understand not wanting to go outside.
~Jess
There are some wonderful dressings available.
I must say I think Faux is looking good.
Have a great week.
All the best Jan
How old is Faux? She looks so sweet. Does she stay around your home? I hope she does since so many pussy cats get killed by cars. I have not heard of that dressing but I’m glad you like it. Are you doing the A to Z??
Hope your Monday was good Sanndra. Better late than never.
Yvonne.
Not Faux. That's for sure:)
Yes, that's always fun:)
She has the right idea doesn't she, Jess?
Have a good one.
There sure are, Jan.
Faux thanks you:)
Faux is sixteen. Not to worry, none of our critters are allowed to roam. We have a privacy/cat fence.
No not doing the A-Z. What about you?
For sure, Yvonne.
Thanks and hope yours was too.
Hi Sandra! Hope your week has been going well! I have never seen that type of salad dressing before? It looks good! Faux looks so cute! Your flowers look great! Still snow here! Thank you for the kind note on my blog! I'm doing a lot better! I'm smiling! Sometimes, I get too hard on myself. I think we all do that!
Big Hugs!!!
