Did You Know

Did you know,  John Adams was a big believer in walking off lethargy? "Move or die," he was quoted as saying.

If it worked for him...
Some days (to my shame) I am too lazy to walk or work off my leffargy.

I would venture to say it's lethargy more than laziness. Sometimes it's tough to work through.

I did not know, but he was right. During the heat of the summer, I miss our walks.

I think he's right. I'm feeling lethargic today, I suppose I should log off the net and get out of the chair.
