It's A Bit of This and That Tuesday

Woot. Woot.

(My son-in-law.)

Through Doorway #1:

Is Refrigerator #3 AND it's still working. Yay.

Can you figure out what this plant is?

It's a three-leaf clover.  I've never seen one turn red before. Have you?

An autumn shot of the rose bush.

For those of you who have critters, have you tried this product yet? AND I've started spraying my vacuum filter with a disinfectant spray. It's completely killed that nasty smell that builds up in the filter.

As many of you know, we keep a plastic cover on the spare couch to keep it from turning into a scratching post. Callie got up inside and was having fun running back and forth. Frank decided it was a big rat--and maybe he was right--gave chase and cornered her. Not to worry, she could breathe just fine. It's not a thin plastic, was wide open at the bottom and we were keeping a close eye on her.

What about you? Happy with the election outcome? What brand of refrigerators do you prefer? Have you tried Bounce with the pet hair guard? Are your critters doing silly things? Found any red leaved clover? Do you spray your vacuum filter with disinfectant?

I am VERY happy with the election result. Though worrying about what 45 will do before he leaves the building.
Hooray for a working fridge.
And a masked son in law.
Love your rose - and don't remember seeing a red leaved clover. a red flowering one yes.

Your son in law looks like one handsome dude but your fridge is even more impressive. To quote you, do you know some people in England still have fridges three feet tall and less than two feet wide?

I'm over the moon with the election results. I want a fridge designed like yours. That will be my next big purchase. I've never seen red clover, only green and white. Have a super week, dear.

Awesome pictures! I love your frig. I want to get one like that when I replace mine next year. And I'll have to look for that Bounce. Thanks for the tip.

That is an awesome fridge and I’m glad it’s working. I like the convenience of getting ice and water through the door. Next time around I’ll skip that feature as the mechanism takes up a lot of room. Your roses look awesome. Your plastic covered sofa made me laugh. De rigueur growing up in an Italian household. 😺

Heh:) Yes the SIL is a handsome dude and the fridge is impressive since it's still working. ROFL.
I did not know that! How do they manage? Sounds a bit like our dorm room fridges.

I am ecstatic over the election results even though I am a proud Canadian. When everyone in the world celebrates about the Orange One being gone, wouldn't you think the orange dumbnut would get the point? Now I am scared, to be honest, that he will somehow get things overturned. That will show how corrupt the power people in the United States have become if this happens but I don't think this will happen. The Powers at be will see that it would create calamity. Orange nut will just play golf and leave before Jan. 20th and will always claim he won just like he claims he never did a bankruptcy, had to close up hotels, golf courses, casinos etc. Let's hope he leaves finally and that, by Feb. he will be the nightmare that was. Your roses are really nice still. Yes, I have seen clover turn this colour and thought that was the norm. I am laughing at your furbabes still finding a way to get under that plastic and cause havoc on your new couch. Yeah for your fridge!!

Huh. Who'd a thought you've got red clover leaves.
Yay, fridge. Yay election. Though, it's a pretty bumpy road right now.

Me too. Though,I'm already tired of the shenanigans going on with the out-going party. It's going to be a long 70 days.

Sandra Cox said...

Thanks, Natalie.
FYI: The pop-up handles, which this one doesn't have, make opening the freezer easier.
My pleasure;)

Maybe the third time is the charm. I haven't heard of the Bounce guard but I've not been in a store for a long time. Well, except once Sunday. I don't think Rick has ever sprayed the vacuum. I use his!

Pat Hatt said...

haha gotta whack those things moving under the plastic. Third time is hopefully the fridge charm.

Sandra Cox said...

You know, the way this one is set up, room isn't a problem. Thank goodness.
Heh. Me and the Italian households:)

Me too. I'm ecstatic. Though it's going to be a long, stress- filled 70 days.

I wondered if those dryer sheets worked. And I definitely need to get rid of the icky smelling sweeper filter. I've tried washing, but that doesn't really help.

I wish he'd leave tomorrow. The upheaval going on in this country is unbelievable right now. Depressing and nerve wracking. Another day down. Another day forward.
Yup, the furbabies continue to reek havoc.
The fridge is still working:)Yay.
YOU take special care.

Toes-crossed third time is the charm:)

Now if we can survive the next 69 days.

Sandra Cox said...

Thank you. Thank you.
You take special care too, Hilary.

Sandra Cox said...

Both seem to help. The dryer sheets may be a bit rough on the clothes. I've only used it once, so I'll know more after a few washings.
Take special care.
