 Greetings Blogger Buds,

How are you? Other than the eternal flower(s) I've got next to zilch today on the personal front. The dog has been sick. The vet thinks she has pancreatitis and I've been watching the hearings. That's been about it. Anything exciting going on in your neck of the woods?

On the reading/writing front there's a huge giveaway going on:

Jazz has pancreatitis, one of those foul conditions that cannot be cured but must be managed. I do hope that your dog doesn't have it. Huge hugs.
We have been seeing snippets from the hearings too. Oh my. Oh my, oh my, oh my...

Poor doggie. I had that last year and had to be operated on, and I have new bouts every few weeks. It is not nice! Hugs, Valerie

Hi Sandra - I do hope the dog will recover soon, poor you and him/her. Cricket, Tennis and films here - lots going on - not much reading though ... the sweepstake looks a lucky draw - good luck to all. We actually have Royal Ascot starting today - a major horse race meeting - originating in 1807 ... I'd love to be able to ride ... but can't! Cheers Hilary

Jamie (why is this commenting thing still happening?):
Hope your dog is all right. Not much new with me, either. Been really hot where I live.

Oh no! Your poor doggie and you and hubby. This is your furbabe whom you want happy and healthy. I hope it won't be too costly. Our doggie is ok but I was walking him last Sat. Night and he saw a rabbit. He took off and o held on for about 2 seconds before letting go as I didn't want my shoulder to be dislocated.i kept running because I couldn't stop and almost fell but I peed my pants, yelled after him as he chased the rabbit across the road and stopped because he got tangled up in his leash. I watched videos about what to do and hubby said he will walk him during during the evening. I will walk him but will tech him to HEEL! oops caps went o my phone😁. Um. I had fresh blood when I went to the loo plus on the TP. I also had really bad pain in the lower abdomen so went to the hospital and Dr thinks it is diverticulitis or elong hemorrhoids but will go for a colonoscopy because of this. So just waiting to hear from the Dr's office.

Poor Jazz and poor EC. It's nasty. As is what we are hearing from the hearings.

Sandra Cox said...

Oh ack! I'm so sorry to hear that. Does your doctor have you watching your fat intake and on bland foods?

Sandra Cox said...

Sounds like you're busy with fun things. Enjoy the cricket, tennis, movies and horse racing.
Cheers,

Thanks, Natalie.

It's a pain isn't it? Have you tried commenting from a different server? My comments on my own blog come up as anonymous if I'm on a different server. Ack.
I appreciate your perseverance.

I'm sorry. Such a pain.
Penny seems better. Thanks;)
Hugs received and returned.

I hope your dog gets better with some love and care. Not much going on here as I have been sick, yet again. But, trying to work through it.

I am going to go outside and look for the strawberry moon tonight.

Been without electricity since about 6:30 pm yesterday. Never so glad to get my AC and internet back. Sorry to read about your precious dog. I hope she is OK, instead of needing an operation or some such.

I was watching the hearings until I lost electricity. I find it fascinating how they are laying it all out.

Sorry for your dog -- I hope she's better soon. I'm glued to the hearings too. They should be writing movie scripts -- they know how to put together all the pieces in the ways that keep you riveted!

Sandra Cox said...

Oh no. I'm sorry to hear your sick. Did you see the strawberry moon?

Sandra Cox said...

Dang. I hate hearing that and if your weather is like ours, you need the AC right now. They have done an amazing job with the hearings haven't they?

Sandra Cox said...

Thanks and back at ya, Diana:)

Sandra Cox said...

Thank you so much, J.P.

Thanks, Jeanie. She appears better. And yes, they are really putting the pieces together in a riveting manner.
