All things Western and more.
This week's word comes from Christine.
Mine: Travel (with a purpose).
I'll be interested to see what you come up with for this one.
Got a word you'd like to share?
Now that is a new one on me.And coddiwomple sounds like the belly I develop after too much snacking and not enough exercise...
I have no idea what that means! But if I was playing the dictionary game I'd define it as a benign but aggravating pimple or boil in a bad place!
I didn't have a guess and had to look it up. (It did remind me of cattywampus/catawampus, though.)
So glad you liked that one Sandra!
EC, Hmm, I've got coddiwomple going on too. Hehe.Jeanie, Heh.Staci, Me too! :)Christine, It was fun. Thanks;)
It's all about perspective
Happy Wednesday
It sounded a bit like catty wompus to me, but other than that, I have NO idea what it means or what it's synonymous with.
Well, i never heard of this but pictured myself walking like Goofy. .
True, for sure.Adam, and to you.I thought so too, Elizabeth, and was surprised to learn the meaning is nothing like cattywampus.Birgit, I hadn't heard of it either;)
