It's Ketch-Up Day

 Greetings Blogger Buds,

Was your weekend a good one? Your Monday? I sure hope so.

Not a whole of excitement here. A rabbit and a toad have taken up residence in the front yard. Sounds like the title to a children's story doesn't it? :) Otherwise just the usual suspects: cats, flowers and rocks.

CATS

A card from our blogger buddy, Ro.  I do miss her blogs.

Ms. Callie

FLOWERS

ROCKS

Now my brother on the other hand, had way too much excitement in his life last week.

A thirteen-year-old girl and a twelve-year-old girl stole a car and crashed it into his duplex. What the ???????? I couldn't have written this script.

Got flowers?  Rocks? Critters? Excitement you really didn't need?

Our days are filled with cats and trips to the vet. The need for the vet I could do without.
I am so sorry about your brother's 'excitement'. And I miss RO too.

Oh. The car broke your brother's home. I know your driving age is younger than ours, but thirteen?

I think Ms Callie might want to play.

Hi Sandra - Regretfully too much telly and radio as our country wonders where it belongs in this world. Am getting things done too ... those kids will rue that day for a long time - I do hope the duplex is repairable ... cheers Hilary

Beautiful and fun photos, Sandra, until that photo of the accident. Oh my! I'm glad no one was hurt. Your brother's poor house. A couple of very dumb kids who hopefully have learned their lesson.

Wow. Sorry to hear that about your brother. I hope no one was hurt. What has this world come to?

The garden looks lovely.

So sorry about your brother's house.

And I like the cat card.

Yikes. I'm guessing your brother wasn't hurt or you would have mentioned it but that's just horrible. Finding a new place to live after that... wow. I hope he's not in a cold climate.

Your Callie looks mellow to the max!

Gorgeous flowers, cute kitties and awesome rocks :) I cant believe their age and the damage! Yikes. Hugs xo

Your brother seems to have Murphys Law. I hope his insurance will cover the damage and that his home is still structurally sound. I'm glad no one was hurt because those kids could have seen much worse. I do hope they get sound discipline.
Your pussy cat is very chill and relaxed. Very cute and love your flowers

EC, I love that you have cats. Not so much that you are getting so well acquainted with your vet. Hugs
Andrew, Nope not thirteen. Sixteen. I'm stunned that twelve and thirteen year old girls stole a car. Ack.
Hi Hils, We are wondering here too. It's repairable but it 'ain't cheap' and will take some time.
Val, Not a good sign is it? I believe these young women were trying to break into a trailer the night before. Arg.
Alex, Holy crap indeed and very stupid.
Diana, I hope they've learned their lesson....Thanks for stopping by.

Thank you, Jamie. I appreciate that.
Staci, That's a very good question.
Jeanie, He owns it. Doesn't live there. I did ask about that though and he said it's still habitable. And it's not in a big city, it's a little town and I do mean little:) Who'd a thought?
Denise, I can't believe their age either, and I know this sounds sexist, but I was stunned it was two girls.
Birgit, That's funny. We are always talking about Uncle Arthur coming to visit;)
Insurance should take care of most of it.

I'm happy to be able to say I've had no excitement of that kind in my life. How frightening that kids so young would do such a thing.

Love,
Janie

Janie, Glad you aren't having that kind of excitement in your life. And it is frightening that children that young are getting in trouble.
Thanks, J.P. She's a mess. Hugs
