Did You Know

Did you know, instead of entering a retirement community, some seniors buy permanent residences on cruise ships?

Is this something you think you'd like to do?

NO. No trees, no gardens, no cats, being anti social with a tendency to sea sickness means this is not an option for me. I also couldn't afford it if it was.

No, no, no! Cruising is ok if you can leave the ship each day, but days at sea with so many interesting things to do and see on the ship stultified my brain. I got through a few books.

Yes, I knew about this trend, but I personally like my feet on dry land...

That is cool! I'll give that idea a solid maybe.

Nope. Too many of the cruise ships are breeding grounds for the Norovirus. No thank you.

Not on a bet.

This is my second attempt at a comment. I hope this one works. I've heard about seniors doing that. It's not for me. I'm too happy with Franklin & Penelope.

Love,
Janie

Interesting, except for the medical care.

I have been on a ship and am not much of an outdoor person, so this would not work for me.

EC, No gardens or cats. Yeah, I'd have problems with that too.
Andrew, I get it. Though, I do enjoy time spent reading.
Donna, Can't argue with that:)

CJ, Good point.
Jeanie, I'll take that as a solid no. Heh.

Janie, You've got to love blogger. Sigh.
Christine, That raises a good point. I wonder how insurance is handled.
Jamie, From the responses, not too many are interested.
Jacqui, Heh.
