Ketch-up Day

It's

So kick back and relax.

Meanwhile in the garden

This is the first grapes, and pretty much the only grapes, from the vine the HH got me last year and I let them sit too long before harvesting. Maybe both the grapevine and I will do better next year:)

Crepe myrtles are blooming all over town.

The birds do like to nest in our rose bushes.

I saw this little guy sitting on the birds' water bath the other night.  You can't tell from the picture but he's teensy, tiny. About an inch long.

Have a great week and stay cool.  And if your weather is already cool, woot woot. We're under the heat dome here.

I don't think the bunch of grapes would make one glass of wine. There is plenty happening in your garden.

I hope that at least the grapes were sweet and juicy!

Well a good bunch of grapes

Those grapes remind me of the grapes we used to eat from a neighbor lady's vine. She said we could have all the grapes that hung on the back side of the fence. We ate them green before they were purple and ripe. We did eat some ripe ones too, but for some reason liked the tart green ones. You have such a lovely garden.

It's looking lovely in your neck of the woods. I wonder how Froggie made it up so high!

David, That would have been nice:) I gave them to the outdoor critters.

Thanks, JP:) Sending you hugs

Thanks, Jeanie. I'm guessing Froggie hopped up the rose bush that's next to the bird bath.
