Oh, how sweet! I love hearing good stories as opposed to all the negative news. That police officer had a soft spot for puppies.
Me too, Diane;)
That is so sweet
Hi Debby,It's a police story I was happy to see:)
Lovely story, we need more people who care in the world. Hugs, Valerie
We sure do, Val.Hugs back,
Me too, Donna.
Simply adored this Sandra.Yvonne.
I'm glad, Yvonne:)
Beautiful puppy, I can see why he took such good care of it. I bet the little sport would have loved to been his dog.
No doubt, Ann.
It is truly lovely to see a 'nice' police story. Thank you. And him.
It sure is.
My son is such a sweetheart that he'll pick up stray dogs, get them medical care, and find homes for them. He has two dogs of his own. One belonged to a former girlfriend, and the other was one of the strays he found. The stray had a microchip, but the people never registered it so he couldn't return the dog. The pup seems quite happy to live with my son, and the microchip is now registered in my son's name.Love,Janie
Good for your son! I bet a rescue group would love to scoop him up.

Great to see the police in a good light indeed, and a puppy to boot.
For sure, Pat.
so nice to see, I would have a hard time leaving any stray myself.
Sometimes, there's situations you just can't walk away from.
My mother goes into a panic if she ever sees a dog on its own. She is always convinced it has been abandoned. That was a nice story. I wonder if he is as kind to humans?
You made my day complete with this post. Compassion is found in so many places
After all the negativity about police brutality and the police killings we have seen this past week in the US, it was great to see one that had a positive spin to it. Good for you for finding it. It is just the positive attitude we need right now.
Awww, this makes my heart smile! Thank you Sandra! Big Hugs!
