Wow. Glad last week is over. Besides the day job, writing, taking care of the critters and showings, the HH had his knee replacement surgery. Thursday we got up at 4:15 a.m. and headed for the hospital. I got home about 8:30 p.m. But it went well. The HH should have full range of motion once he's healed. Oh yes and did I mention the night before we left for the hospital the hound ate his phone? Cats Rule. Dogs Drool (and destroy things). The HH got it back before Penny actually swallowed anything but she did effectively destroy it. The week before my son's boxer ate a sponge and a cardboard Pepsi case and had to have surgery. They removed a pound of junk blocking her stomach. Again... Cats Rule, Dogs, etc etc. AND.....My boss's daughter got bit by a copperhead. Yup, glad last week is in the review window.

When it rains, it pours! Glad HH is doing well. Poor dumb dogs. Cats are so much easier. Here's to a new week and no problems
What a week! I hope this one is better for you all. :)
Wow what a horrible week, but yeah cats can eat things too, generally smaller things. But we agree cats rule dogs drool haha
Uh, that is a weird week. But glad HH's surgery went well!
I'm sure the hubs will be dancing in no time :)
The hound ate a phone!!! Oh, my!
Oh my gosh! What a rotten, I mean interesting week! A copperhead? Eating a sponge? Aye-yi-yi! Your husband will do well - tell him to be patient and work hard at PT.
Hi Sandra! Today it is pouring in Hawaii! So I have a chance to drop by your blog! What a week you have gone through. I'm glad that your HH came through the surgery well. When I get home to Colorado, I will enjoy exploring your blog ~ I just know it! I hope that this week is going much, much better! Take care!
Hey CJ, Cats rule.......
grin.
Thanks for the well wishes.
Thanks alot, Dana. Hope yours is going well.
Hey Pat,
How are ya? You're right about kitties eating things too. Several years ago, I had a friend who's cat ate her pantyhose. Cost several thousand in surgery fees. And I've got a story about my cat I won't repeat:)
Hey Jennifer, yup weird pretty much describes it. Hope you have a great one.
Hey Dez,
I'll be thrilled if he's dancing, since he avoids it now like the plague:)
Hope you're having a good one.
Julia,
We're thrilled with range of motion. He's pretty wiped out but he's been working through the pain. 90 percent range of motion, hopefully going from a walker to a cane Thursday......
Have a good evenin'.
Hey Fundy! Thanks for stopping by and for the follow. Even raining, Hawaii's got to be wonderful. Enjoy to the max.
Whoa. What a week! Hope the sun shines for you very soon.
Thanks, Christine.Hopefully, things will soon be back to normal.
