Aside from basic instincts to chase and hunt food, usually a smaller creature than the creature chasing, I wonder if there are really true enemies in nature. Very cute video.
When my old dog was a puppy she had a kitty friend that was a full sized cat. Then she grew up and got to rough with it and the cat jumped away and never came back
I bought a Chesapeake Bay Retriever I named Bear who I got at six weeks of age when my cat named Dog was about 6 years old. Dog and Bear became inseperable and loved each other. Bear took care of Dog when someone threw Dog outside one day. The meany thought cats should learn to live outside. That SOB was never invited back to my house again. Fortunately, Bear took care of Dog until I could get there to rescue him. It shows how animals can be protective when they are raised together.
This was a super video and I loved the memories it brought back I have of Dog and Bear.
