If only more people were as 'bird-brained' as this goose. And yay for those who helped her.

OMG Super Sandra - don't ask me what day it is, but all I know is that I have the biggest crush on this guy! The way he took in Kyle and Jack is just so kind and fun to watch. Such a wonderful blessing! Thanks so much for this! Hugs...RO

There is a lone goose at my dock lately. It is so odd. I haven't seen it interact with the others. Maybe she's like me.

You have to imagine how many baby geese don't make it.

I was really touched by the story of Kyle and Jack. However, we have so many of these geese in my neighborhood, it takes a BIG and very caring man to do that.

Sandra Cox said...

Indeed it does take a man with a big and caring heart.
We don't have any in our neighborhood. I love to watch them when I get a chance.

Beautiful! It reminds me of Paul Gallico's wonderful novella..."The Snow Goose"...as story I've loved since I was a child.
