Did You Know

Did you know the term buck, when referring to a dollar, came from the seventeen hundreds when the hide of a buck deer was worth a dollar.

Heh, I was talking to hubs about that a couple days ago. Imagine if that was still the case, and you had to give 150,000 for a house. That's just one house. There would be no deer left!
