It's Tuesday

Greetings, buds. Did you have a wondrous holiday?  Did you get to see family or did you spend it quietly at home?  We got to see the kiddos.  Both sides quarantined for a week and wore masks, except at lunch so we were as safe as possible. We celebrated the kiddos bday at the same time, then zoomed with the baby girl, SonIL, bro, SisterIL that night.  All in all a great day. I hope yours was as well.

The kiddos.

And some fun stuff Santa brought.

What about you, blogger buds? How was your holiday?

I am guessing the tee was a gift for you, and quite appropriate. I'm pleased you had a nice time, as did we.

Nice that you got to spend the holiday with your family. Our holiday was quiet. Hoping next year we can make the trip to PA to spend the holiday with the Eldest.

What a great t-shirt! And your family looks delightful -- I'm so glad you could be with them. It was just Rick and me, but a wonderful day nonetheless! Happy In-Between week!

I’m so glad you had a nice Christmas and could see your family. We went to my brother’s place and met him in the parking lot, exchanged gifts but they were cold so we went back home, called him and opened each others’ gifts while talking on the phone. It was a nice way to celebrate. My hubby spoiled me but I did the same and they loved the dinner I made( I brought a plate to my brother. He said it made him feel like Christmas which made me feel great. I have to say I basically slept Christmas Day, Boxing Day and the 27th.

Sounds like a lovely time! I had a nice Christmas with family. It was certainly different and quieter than years past, but we did what we could to enjoy and make the best of it.
