I thought that was an Australian word. Scatterbrain works for me.
Flighty, empty headed. Scatterbrain works for me too.
Flaky? But scatterbrain works well.
Flibbertigibbet reminds me of Sound of Music. Airhead fits the bill.
fun word it takes me back to old movies such as My Fair Lady and such.
