All things Western and more.
Did you know, the peacock is the national bird of India?
I did. The tiger is their national animal and while in India we were told that tigers are very partial to a bit of peacock.
Didn't know that. Filing this tidbit away in case I ever compete on Jeopardy.
Another I did not know.
Well, I had no idea but it makes sense
I didn't:) xo
I know they are noisy as all get out.....back in the days of yore... there were two at the house down the street from my grandparents !!
Had no idea!
I can't remember if I've heard this or not
Ack. No. Not the peacock. Run peacock, run.
You are so funny.
That was a new one for me too;)
I appreciate you participating, Jamie.
It does, doesn't it, Birgit?

I guess they want to make sure you're watching when they strut their stuff:)
I had absolutely no idea. Is the photo a pea hen?
Si lo sabia. Te mando un beso.
I believe it's an albino male. It had a huge plumy tail.
Sending you a hug.
Oh wow! That's pretty cool. Did not know that! Happy Weekend Super Sandra, and sending lots of hugs, RO
