Ketchup Day

How are you, Blogger Buds? Shopping, wrapping and baking like crazy?  I think I'm through shopping and ready to start wrapping.

I've already received two wonderful bud gifts. I'm awed and amazed at these presents and that they've already been sent out. We do have the tree up and the kitchen centerpiece out. Baby steps:)  A couple of the ornaments are new ones from the HH. Look for a glass cardinal and a glass grey tabby wearing a red Christmas hat:) Oh yes,and the HH has the outside lights up;)

My annual calendar from author D.L. Finn. I love these calendars composed of her photography and verse. Thanks, Denise, this is such a special gift.

This one was a huge surprise. I did ninety percent of my shopping online this year. When I opened this, I blinked several times and thought, I'm sure I didn't order anyone a French Coffee Press. I took another look at the address on the box and noticed it was to Super Sandra and knew immediately it was a gift from Ro. Isn't that woman amazing?  I would have never bought one for myself. Thank you, Rockin Ro.

AND

Here's the last of the Philly pictures. This lovely old street is one of the oldest residentials in Philly. Beautiful isn't it?

The neighborhood pump.

AND last but not least, Frank.

What about you, Blogger Buds, Got your shopping and wrapping done? Baking?

Beautiful pictures of the Philly street - I agree with Andrew, it looks very English!

Christmas? Yeah, it's all sorted... probably.

I like your tree! Ours is still in shipping, not due to arrive now until January! (It's going to be a very strange, if adventurous, Chistmas here in our flat with a minimum of furniture.)

Love the pictures of Philadelphia. I have never been there, but I love old buildings, and these look full of story and atmosphere.

And, no . . . I'm not anywhere near finished with Xmas shopping.

Everything looks wonderful!
Haven't finished shopping...got a late start...but baking will be starting in the next few days. Our grandson-in-law also has a birthday on the 23rd so I'm making him an Italian Cream Cake. I need to make peanut brittle, fudge...etc.
Hope you're enjoying your week friend!
Love Frank!

What a most beautiful tree. You received wonderful gifts and...you deserve it! You are way ahead of me. I decorated everywhere and now my tree is left. I have my regular Christmas decor, my Santas, my garlands, Snowmen and gnomes all up including my Nativity scene and my Christmas village. I still have to wrap everything, bake, decorate the tree and shop. Aaaahhhh...lol. I did make some apple muffins for my hubby but he left the lid slightly open and our big Gazoo, Harley woofed down 5 before hubby got a hold of him.

Love the pictures of Philadelphia. They look so whimsical, like the cover of a novel.

Pretty tree :) What a great gift, a french press. My hubby loves his. You know I enjoy doing the calendar:) I love all the pics from Philly too. I want to go there someday. I am done shopping, just need stocking stuffers. I did it all online this year and was lucky to be ahead because I'd be scrabbling now. Hugs xo

EC, I did most of my shopping online. The fear of gifts not arriving in time kept me motivated to finish up:) Isn't the calendar and French Press awesome?
Hope you are feeling well, my friend. Hugs
Andrew, Philly is one of our oldest cities and there was a huge English influence. Good on you for getting your shopping done. Frank sends his regards;)
Hils, Frank probably thinks we are the ones that are lucky to have him. Haha. I would love to visit England again. The one time I was there I never left London. I agree, the buds got purrfect gifts. Cheers,
Annalisa, Agree, it still has its English root. 'Christmas all sorted probably'. Hehe.
Elizabeth, Your tree is in shipping? Ack. I love the old streets too. I'd love to go through the houses and the cellars.
Donna, An Italian cream cake. Yum. Save me a piece and put the coffee on;)
Hugs

What lovely surprise gifts! (And that calendar is lovely in every way.) The "last of the Philly" photos are terrific. You certainly visited at a perfect time of year to capture the city.

Most of my shopping and most out of town is done. Now local wrapping and baking! YAY!
