Did You Know

 Did you know, that in a sealed container, properly stored, honey has no expiration date?

The fact that it has so little water aids its preservative ability.

I didn't know that. So apparently our jars aren't properly sealed or stored.

I also knew, although some honey darkens with age, even when properly stored.
