It could be like a raindrop that falls on the ground, when looked at, you see it reflecting the beauty all around, but then the raindrop evaporates and is no longer seen.
I had to look this word up, Sandra! It wasn't what I thought it would be at all. I figured it would mean thick or confused (foggy). But not at all. I tend to like the word "fleeting" to describe something fugacious. :-D
Lon, Beautifully said. EC, Okay, now you are going to be sending me to the dictionary:) Elizabeth, Good on you for putting on the thinking cap:) AND it's fine to use a word someone else has. Andrew, Ha. Good job:) Val, Good job. Hugs
Natalie, I didn't know it either, but I like it:) Birgit, Yes indeed:) Diana, I did too:) Fleeting is purrfect:) Christine, I had to look it up, but the word appeals to me:) Jeanie, YAY. Good on you for looking it up.

NOT a word I use - and it is I think anti-onomatopeic.
Fleeting is good enough for me. Or ephemeral.
Fleeting or if it's a mural, temporary. This one made me THINK!
I didn't notice EC had used the same word until after I published my comment.
I don't know the word, so my visit is fugacious.
Fleeting, volatile, short-lived. Hugs, Valerie
I never heard of this word.
