How was your weekend? How is your week shaping up? As you can see from the pics below, all is pretty quiet here, which isn't a bad thing.
A late blooming Azalea.
As you probably know, a hydrangea's color depends on the acidity of the soil. Ours must be all over the place:)
And last but not least, Frank sleeping.
What about you, blogger buds, what color are your hydrangeas? Got flowers? Critters?

Loved the pictures Sandra, especially that lovely cat.
Hope all is well your end.
Yvonne.
Loving your garden. No hydrangeas here, but we definitely have critters.
Frank is adorable! The flowers are all so pretty...
hugs

Hi Sandra - I love hydrangeas ... and the flowers are really blossoming now ... Quiet weekends are always good ... cheers Hilary
That's a nice flora selection. We always struggled to keep blue hydrangeas blue.
It should be criminal to be that comfortable, Frank!
Frankie is gorgeous! Hugs, Valerie
Your garden looks so peaceful. My hydrangeas when they bloom are blue. You can change the color of your hydrangea. Acidic soil = blue and alkaline soil = pink. I could join Frank in a nap right now. The last diploma and awards are done and picked up. Still 4 awards that haven't been decided yet, but those aren't needed until September.
I bet you had fun collecting these pictures!
Lovely blooms!
Gorgeous flowers and cute kitty :) Everything is just starting to bloom here. Our hydrangeas are pink, although we have acidity soil with all our pines.
For a split second I thought the last pic was an angel in the garden. Still an angel:)) how I wish I could sleep like that.
I love your pics of all your beautiful flowers. I love hydrangeas but...ughhh don't get me started. I'm not a green thumb so hubby does all the gardening. I had a hydrangea in front of the house and he made ot come alive o ly to squash it when he did the roof. He planted an offshoot on the back garden and it looked great..it was hurting his ivy fence so...he ripped it out!! Yup, he did and I am not letting him forget. I mentioned it it every time I am in the garden. O e day I will buy another and plant it.
Your garden does look colourful.
We don't have any hydrangeas.
All the best Jan
We have two hydrangea - one is deep blue and the other violet-purple.
Thanks, Yvonne:) Hope it's well on your end too.
EC, You do have critters and other gorgeous flowers:)
Thanks, Donna. Hugs received and returned.
Hils, I do too. Unfortunately, I planted one of them in the sun. Sigh.
Andrew, Thank you:) I just let them come up whatever color they wish. I'm too lazy to fool with the soil:)
Alex, It just isn't fair, is it?:)
CJ, Yay you on remembering which needs alkaline soil and which needs the acidic. I never can.
Jacqui, Yes:) I enjoy snapping pics;)
Thanks, Christine.
Denise, Yay for new blooms and pink hydrangeas. xo
My weekend was like HELL, but yesterday and today it was quite good, thanks to my different mindset.
Love that image of Frank, he looks like he's having a good sleep.
Also, I must add, I love those flowers.
Birgit, I can guarantee, he's no angel. Yikes on the hydrangea.
Thanks, Jan.
Di, Don't ya love the purple hydrangeas?
Lon, Sorry your weekend was rough, glad you've got it turned around. Glad you like the pics.
Me enamore del gato. Lindas flores, Te mando un beso.
White hydrangeas (yet to bloom), black and white cat, and only geraniums in pots. Yours are absolutely gorgeous!
