Ketch-up Tuesday

Now that's what I'm talking about.

Listless greens and drab browns with no pristine coats of white. Heh.

And

Unrequited love

Louie has had a major crush on Callie forever.  Since he was fixed quite young, it's of the platonic variety. Every time he sees her he tries to cozy up and gets a hiss and his ears boxed for his trouble.  Hope springs eternal:)

 Callie, The femme fatale

What's going on in your neck of the woods, Blogger Buds? What's the weather like?

Look at your cuties! I just love animals…they give so much love even when they squirm away from you. It has been mighty cold. Sunday was a high of -15C which is 5F. I had a bit of a scare. I went for my mammogram and they found a 7mm mass on my right breast. I went for another mammogram and an ultrasound and confirms it. I saw my Dr. On Friday and asked for it to be taken out and get a biopsy but he said that from all indications there is about a 2% probability that it’s cancer. I told him that I have a little discomfort and he said that’s a good thing because, if it was cancer, there would be no pain..it’s that insidious. There is nothing else wrong anywhere else, like my lymph nodes so it seems all is good. I will be going Aug. 5th for bother mammogram to see if it has grown, gotten smaller or disappeared. So that’s my news. It turned out aok.

In my neck of the woods we are getting ready to go to The Bahamas for a week. It was minus 26 overnight here, so I’m thinking it will be a tad warmer down there.

It's sweet that Louie has a crush on Callie. I'm excited it may get up to 40 today.

Poor Louie!

Day 11 since our snowmageddon began and we STILL have snow on the ground. Warm tomorrow with rain so hopefully all gone.

Is that a hopeful angel in your garden?

Thanks so much, Regine. And to you:)

LOL. She is too. I guess she's lost all interest in the opposite sex, fixed or not:)

I would happily take your drabs! Oh golly, I feel for Louie. Unrequited love and respect is so sad. They're both so beautiful, too. How can Callie turn down Louie's fabulous eyes? That's such a soulful face. Meanwhile here, still snow but in a melt. Just winter life, which tends to be a tad dull -- and I'll happily take that!

That is scary, Birgit. Hope the Aug 5 report is glowing. AND it's might cold in your neck of the woods.
Hugs

Hope springs eternal:) Though, Louie does seem to get over his rejections in a nanosecond. Heh.

Thank you, Linda:)

Di, Lucky for Louie, he has a short attention span. Butterflies, food, bugs, doesn't take much to distract him from his heartbreak. Heh.
Hope your snow is gone. Ours is, finally.

All gardens need a hopeful angel, don't they, Jacqui?

No. No. No more snow.....
