Ketch-Up Day

How are you? Watcha doing?

I'm winterizing, trimming back bushes, and mowing. Whew.

These are the newbies that needed winterizing.

 My razzmatazz grapevine.

My mandarin orange. I call it my Tree of Life.  You may recall, I found a baby bird sitting under it this  spring, then sadly this fall I found an injured starling, that I thought for sure was going to make it and didn't, lying next to it.

I hope the tree survives. It's not in the proper zone.  We'll see come spring.

And the latest addition, my Granny Apple.  It has a nice sturdy trunk. My only concern: It arrived like this.  Apparently too much water held in its roots on its journey from Oregon to North Carolina.  Another we'll see come spring.

That's it for now, Blogger Buds. Have a grand day and hopefully see you tomorrow in cyber land:)
