How was your weekend and Monday? We went to see the grands and catch the girlie's basketball game. She made four baskets. Woot. Woot.

AND a couple of my fam got me an Amazon card for my bday and this is one of the things I got with it. Isn't it a hoot and so very true;)
Even though I know our temps would be considered a heat wave to other parts of the country, it was sooo cold this weekend . What was your temperature?
I realize the economy is strong and a lot of folks are getting good jobs and that's a wonderful thing. But it just hasn't trickled down to the grocery stores yet. I swear the items we purchased had jumped another dollar to three dollars from last month. What are grocery prices like in your neck of the woods?
AND the daffies are still blooming. Who'd a thought?
