Monday-Tuesday

AND...
Occasionally, a sentence will leap out at me from a book I'm reading. This one came from Alexandra Bracken's The Darkest Legacy.
"Everyone's entitled to stupidity, but they really abuse the privilege don't they?"

Wednesday

More gardens pics:
I took these at night.

AND....
There are a lot of good people out there.

AND...

The warm weather and the tulips popping up went to my head and I planted my rhizomes. What was I thinking?
Tulips

AND...

We went to a luncheon this weekend and one of the women introduced herself. Our conversation went something like this.
She said, "Hello. I'm Sandra. And you are?"
I said, "Hi. Sandra." Smiling.
She said, "That's correct, I'm Sandra. Your name?"
I said, "Sandra."
She said, "Yes, I'm Sandra. And you?"
I said, "Sandra."
At this point someone stepped in and did the introductions:)

AND...

A Carolina Wren found its way onto the porch where two of the cats were. When I tried to get the cats in the house so I could get the bird off the porch, the bird flew in the house. After a hectic chase, the HH managed to herd the bird outside.
That little wren should have bought a lottery ticket because it was sure his lucky day.

AND...
Abject apologies, I've been falling behind with my visits. If I'm not at your place, I am on my way. Darn Netflix.

Into Everything

As you can see, the kitten is still into everything, including the dishwasher.  A few nights ago I couldn't sleep so I got up and did some writing. About the time I was ready to go back to bed I heard a faint mewing. I went into the kitchen. No kitten.  I checked the pantry.  No kitten. I checked the bathroom.  Hmm, hear him, don't see him. Opened the linen closet.  Yup there he was. Since the HH and I went to bed at different times, it's unclear if he was in there for a few hours or half the night.

Look what I won from March House.  Barbara was kind enough to send this to me from the UK.
Thanks, Barbara!
