Snacks That Don't Automatically Drop To Your Waist

Okay, I admit it. I'm a snacker. Anybody else out there that indulges between meals? Show of hands. Anyhoo, since I do, I'm always on the look out for tasty snacks that don't automatically drop to the waist and continue downward. Here's my top snacks in no particular order:

Calbee's SNAPEA CRISPS
These are really tasty.
22 pieces for 120 calories

GOLDFISH GRAHAMS Fudge Brownie
Yum. They really do taste like brownies.
35 pieces for 140 calories


BLUE DIAMOND WASABI AND SOY SAUCE ALMONDS
Mouth-watering seasonings
28 nuts for 170 calories
(I also like Rosemary and Blackpepper)

SUGAR FREE CHICK-O-STICKS
Love these things
6 pieces for 100 calories

WEIGHT WATCHERS JALAPENO STRING CHEESE
Good stuff plus its got calcium and protein
50 calories a stick

And last but not least fun size M&M PEANUTS 
Ya just can't leave M & Ms out of a snack line up.
90 calories for 5 to 7 pieces
I've told you mine, now you tell me yours.

Sorry, 5 to 7 M&Ms won't cut it. I like mini pretzels

Almonds and cashews are the only snacks I eat

I'm currently groovin' on Kashi Go Lean Berry Bunches. Not sure the real name but I had a coupon and gave it a go. Smells of Frankenberry cereal on this on has fiber.

Love eating it dry.
