Show of hands, who's been on the market? If so you know what I'm talking about. It's craziness and to add to the pain, I'm not in a huge hurry to sell right now. There's nowhere to go in our area, at least not that I've found in our price range. This is the kind of response we've been getting from the showings: "Needs work, inside and out, overpriced, we'll be back for a second showing." Really?
And since I've been taking Friday's off, yup you guessed it , Friday morning showings. Who house hunts on Friday mornings? Apparently, everyone in our area. We got a call at 7:40 p.m. the other night wanting to show the house at 8:00 p.m. Then we got a call to show it on Mother's Day. On the plus side, it's good incentive to keep the house clean:)

Why are you moving, dear?
Trying to sell a house is one of the biggest pain in the arse things ever
I need that kind of clean incentive
Hey Dez,We're looking for something that's low maintenance and easy care
You got that right, Pat.
LOL, CJ. It does keep us on our toes:)
We're going through this house selling thing now - not for our house but a rental property. Had similar comments. Needs too much work done. We decided to do it up a little and have spent weekends painting fences and getting the interior sorted. Next up is the carpet. I hope it sells soon!
I hope you manage to sell soon too.
Good luck, Shelley. Keep me posted.
Needs work? How rude. Maybe they need work.
