Probably well enough bonded now to prevent any nasty natural behaviour by the lynx in the future. Good to see different animals of the same species can get along, a lesson to note.
I remember a goose and a dog who were best friends when I grew up. They would come down the road together. The dog was small but the goose who attack any large dog that messed with them.
