Monday-Tuesday

THIS AND THAT
Over the weekend my tulips started popping open.
The second and third picture are of the same tulip taken two hours apart.

AND...

I received a lovely review on Montana Shootists. It stood out to me for two reasons:  The reviewer mentioned she wasn't much on writing reviews but had fun and wanted to share AND  since she was in the military there were aspects of the story she could relate to.  Always good to know when writing on something that you've researched but haven't experienced first hand. Whew.

AND...

My brother, who had been readmitted to the hospital for liver problems again, was released over the weekend. Any prayers and positive energy for him are appreciated.

AND...

My daughter and SIL are buying their first house. Very exciting.

AND....

I had surgical removal of an erupted tooth and a bone graft in my mouth last week and the HH did a remarkably great job as caregiver. Yes, I am ready for some solid food:) Heh.

Tulips. Your weather is improving. That is a compliment from the military person. I have learnt just with blog writing to check detail before posting and I mostly do if I am not sure, because sure as anything, someone will pick up a mistake.

I am Australian and we don't send prayers, but we do send very kind thoughts and I hope your brother will be ok.

Good to hear your tooth problem is fixed.

A duck and a dog. Who would have thought.

Lots of mostly positive news. My tulips aren't out yet, but their green leaves are encouraging. Yours is amazing. I had no idea they would bloom that fast.

Feel better soon and kiss the cook!

Good grief! You HAVE had a week, good news and challenging bits, too. So sorry to hear about your dental work and your brother, though he's probably very happy to be home. The review is good news. And so are those tulips, bound to bring you cheer! Hang in!

Your tulips are gorgeous! Another month or so and tulip shoots should be erupting in my yard if the bunnies and chippies haven't snacked on them. Sending you and your bro some positive energy for speedy recoveries. Kudos to HH as Caregiver Extraordinaire

Congrats on the great review of your book! Love your tulips and seeing the pretty colours since it is still grey and brown here. Sorry to hear about your brother so I will send my most positive thoughts your way. He is getting the care and he has the love of family and that is great medicine. The erupted tooth sounds very painful but I’m glad you are better. I love the video which just shows how any species can get along.
