Frank Houdini strikes again.

He pulled out this grate that is inside the fenced in area.
And pushed out this grate, outside of the fence, and made his escape.
That little kitty brain is always working.
And for those that worried about his escape: He always comes back in after his adventures. Usually within an hour. And yes, the grates have been reinforced.

Short and sweet today. What's going on at your place? Do you have any Houdinis?

I hope that you recaptured the purry furry Houdini without too much difficulty.
We have most definitely had escape artists in our life. Jazz is (mostly) too lazy.

My cat of many years ago was diabetic so couldn't go out on her own. Loved the kitty pic Sandra. Have a good day.

Way to go Frankie. Bleubeard climbs on the screen door and flips the lock to get outside. I've never seen him do it, just the after effect. Kitty brains often work overtime. Thankfully, Squiggles has never been outside, except in his carrier. LOVED the cute photo of Frank and his "perch."

When my late dog was young, we had a lot of trouble keeping her in the yard. She'd always find a weakpoint to freedom.

haha sure knows how to do what he wants. One is a tricky little turd here, the other just let's him do the work and then goes for it.

That is one clever cat. Can he perform his trick in public? You could make money off that.

I've seen that movie, The Great Escape. I hope you got Frank back. Did he get 30 days in the Cooler?

I'm so glad he's back home. Bet that grate is now nailed in more securely than before!

Your pussy cat know what to do, does it, and doesn’t car what you think. We have 2 like that. We had to buy a tv! My tv, that I bought in 1997 finally is going. Last week I turned it on and everything was green. My hubb,! When he turned the tv off the night before, the tv did something weird and he got a shock. The green seems to be gone but it is dark around the edges. So now we have a flat screen. It’s not up yet but it will be

This is why you get a dog. They just ain't smart enough to do that.

A diabetic cat definitely qualifies as special needs. Kudos to you for taking care of her.

I did get used to giving her her twice daily shots of insulin eventually, but hard to do at first.

Let's here it for too lazy. Definitely makes life less stressful. He retraces his steps and comes home, especially if it's near mealtime:)

Sandra Cox said...

Ahh, that would make life much less stressful. When are you getting another one? Nudge. Nudge. Wink. Wink.

Sandra Cox said...

Again, kudos. That's not easy. You're a good cat mom.

Sandra Cox said...

Sounds like Bleubeard is a problem solver too.
Hope you're getting plenty of rest.

The grass is always greener, etc. etc.

I take it Orlin is the tricky little turd:) Heh.

Sandra Cox said...

He's a problem solver for sure. Hmm, that would be a nice change if he made me money instead of costing me money. Ha.

Sandra Cox said...

Ha. 30 days in the Cooler. Good one.

Sandra Cox said...

All the grates are. Heh.

We'll have a brief moment of silence for the old TV and break out the bubbly for the new.

Sandra Cox said...

Indeed. Shaking head.

Sandra Cox said...

Oh yes, he always comes home after an adventure. Wouldn't want to miss a meal. Heh.

Smart kitty...Harry Houdini would be jealous of his dexterity! :)

Never discount how smart our furry mates are...to your own peril, if you do! :)

Sandra said...

That's for sure, Lee:)

Sneaky little kitty. Do I have any Houdinis? Only if you count the men I dated. Heh. I got jokes.
