It's Ketch-up Day

How was your weekend and how goes your week?

As threatened promised, here're more pictures of Lewis Ginter Gardens which sprawls  over eighty acres.  The pictures are random and in no particular order.

These lily pads were big enough to ride on.

Cute little gnome house;0)

Have an excellent day.

Someone went to a lot of trouble on that little house.

That must have been a lovely place to roam around. I don't think I've ever seen lily pads that big!

Those lily pads are so perfect, they look fake!

OH Sandra what a wonderful place. Every photo made me want to visit more and more. I have never seen lily pads that have an edge like that -- it's really interesting. And restaurant (?) is so charming! What a wonderful visit!

EC, We did:)
Andrew, They were amazing and perfectly formed.
Alex, They sure did.
CJ, It is lovely and those suckers are huge.
Elizabeth, I know. Right? I looked them up on line and sure enough there are such critters, though they're rare.
Jeanie, You'd love it there and those lily pads were absolutely amazing.

Those lily pads don’t look real! I love the gnome home…so sweet. I love little homes like this. I’m not one for the thistle. I have stepped on those too many times when I was young.

Rimmed lily pads--I've never seen those before. Call me naive!

Birgit, The lily pads are so purrfect, they look artificial. The gnome house was cute. I hear ya on thistles.
Jacqui, I hadn't either. I was totally enthralled.
