Ketch-Up Day

Not much newsworthy here. Writing wise, I'm in the middle of my second draft of Reuben Hayes.

The inhabitants of the Eternal Garden are closing up their blooms and their leaves are dropping, preparatory to taking a long winter's nap .

Remember when I got this? Spring I think. I was so excited.

Well, I only got a couple of handfuls of dirt out of it, so I've went back to my tried and true method. A wash tub.

Louie

AND

This little beauty is from California.

Thanks, Denise.

Hello, Louie. What a pretty kitty face you have. What's going on in my world? I am bereft.

Love,

Love your kitty friends.
I love our compost bins too. I now have four of them and really should start to spread their richness. Later.

Louie, the name of a great nephew, has a very fine set of whiskers.

Hi Sandra - good luck with letting Reuben tell his own story ... while we all need a good recovery sleep at times ... I love the colour of Hydrangeas as they turn and rest - cheers Hilary

Composting became a holy grail a few years ago and so many devices came on the market. A pile in the corner of the garden works just as well.

That hydrangea is just gorgeous. Oh, it makes me sad, seeing gardens put to bed for the year, but I bet you have a longer haul than those of us in the north. Love the cats. Good luck on the draft!

Even though its blooms are past, the hydrangea still is very pretty. Louie has beautiful eyes and the little panther is gorgeous.
