I feel like my body has gotten totally out of shape,so I got my doctor's
permission to join a fitness club and start exercising.
I decided to take an aerobics class for seniors.
I bent, twisted, gyrated, jumped up and down, and perspired for an hour.
But, by the time I got my leotards on,the class was over.

Yikes, I shouldn't laugh too much. This could be me!
Honestly, my own body was never actually in shape :)
:-D
Well... exercise IS exercise! Hahaha! :D
Hilarious! That would be how it worked out for me because on some days it takes about 20 minutes to get my shoes on. :/
lol well at least there was a sweat worked up
This is funny, but sad. My mom moves so much slower than she used to. I know that getting a leotard on would be something like this... ::sigh::
That is so funny. I'm not a senior and that still applies to me. I did this kickboxing workout today and was exhausted after the ten minute warm up :D

I've never been much of a fitness fan. Maybe I'd change my mind if cute cats like this one could be the fitness instructors :-)
"...by the time I got my leotards on,the class was over."
HAHAHAHAHA...
All in all, though... I would say, "Mission Accomplished!"

I'm with ya, Shelley:)
It's a matter of perspective, Dez. You're probably in better shape than most of us.
Greetings, CJ.
Good point, Stacy:)
I can relate, Gossip Girl.
Pat, that's right:)
I'm sorry, Robin. Aging is just hard. For the individual and for their loved ones.
Hi Samantha! I miss my kickboxing classes. Our leader has been dealing with breast cancer. So needless to say we haven't had any classes for awhile. It looks like she's beat it and we hope to be back at it in the fall.
Hi Vanessa,
He looks totally in charge doesn't he?
Greetings, Red Shoes, I agree:)
