Or a cuppa for the blogsters that don't partake in java |
Welcome back blogsters. How was your weekend? On this end, no big gambling junkets or wild parties but we did get to see the grands and for the first time they said Mimi and Grandpa. Yes, it was a Kodak moment. Unfortunately, the hh didn't hear it:(
How about you? Was it exciting? Relaxing? Or business as usual? Your buds want to know.
No Java here - but a cuppa is always welcome.
ReplyDeleteNot only a Kodak moment, but a red letter day for you.
Pretty much same old, same old here. Not unpleasant, but nothing exciting.
Hi EC, Sounds like most of my weekends....and week days:)
DeleteGood morning Sandra and thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment on my blog. I have enjoyed yours. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteBack at ya, Denise. And for the follow. Heading back to your place now.
DeleteGlad you had a good time with the grandkids.
ReplyDeleteBack from vacation and had a good time.
And I'm one of those rare people who can't stand coffee.
Welcome back. We missed you.
DeleteSeems there are several of the blogsters who aren't coffee drinkers. Can't understand it myself. grin.
I gots cawfee (philly pronunciation) and strawberry pop tarts (breakfast of champions)!
ReplyDeletedid next to NOTHING, which is fine cause I work hard all week. only exciting thing (if ya wanna call it that) was getting a new photo/drivers license. yeah, la-de-frickin-dah! for which I had to sit at the DMV for 1.5 hours!
Hi Anne Marie, Kudos on getting the new photo/drivers license behind you. I hate drivers license renewal. I make a bigger deal out of it than it actually is:( You had quite the wait.
DeleteIt was quiet here. Got plenty of reading and a bit of painting done. :-)
ReplyDeleteGood for you, Misha. Sounds like it was a great weekend.
DeleteGood morning, dear Sandra! The sun hasn't come up yet and already I am on my second pot of black coffee. I drink a gallon a day. I'm happy to know that you saw your grands. Two of ours were here a couple of weeks ago, visiting from across the state. We also have a baby grandson born in mid May. I look forward to seeing him again soon when we drive to Tallahassee to visit my granddaughter who just enrolled at FSU. I had a peaceful, relaxing weekend and I thank you for asking. Have a happy day and a wonderful week, dear friend Sandra!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you've got a close-knit family, Shady, That's great. 2 gallons, hey? I've cut back. Now that I'm no longer working I've switched to half-caf, although the downside is that I drink twice as much. Sounds like you're an early riser. Morning and coffee are pretty much the best piece of the day;)
DeleteDid nothing but try and beat the heat at my sea, wrote a few blog posts. Exciting, I know lol
ReplyDeleteGrin. I know the excitement gets under-whelming at this sea;)
DeleteFirst cup of tea at hand. Usually there are 4. Congrats on being officially called Mimi. I'm on an art retreat this weekend at St. Michael's Institute for Sacred Art. Ender's Island, Mystic, CT. Have a great week
ReplyDeleteOh, CJ, that sounds like all sorts of fun. Enjoy.
DeleteI worked this weekend, but I'm finally almost caught up on things, so I feel good about it!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations. Getting caught up is a wonderful feeling.
DeleteAll work. My official weekend starts on Tuesday and it's gonna be full of chores that need to get done. Blaaaah
ReplyDeleteWe'll have a brief moment of silence for your working weekend, Robert.
DeleteTons of work plus a wedding... Almost no sleep. That about sums it up. Now, guess how I'm feeling today... ;)
ReplyDeleteYikes. Busy, busy.
DeleteAs far as how you feel.....would there be expletives involved? :)
My weekend was okay. I spent it learning about marketing. I found out some new techniques. Some day I'll share them on my blog. :)
ReplyDeleteHere's to a new week!
I would love to hear any new techniques you care to share.....
Deletetwas a memorable one for you then :)
ReplyDeleteIt was fun. Hope you had a good one, Dez.
DeleteWhat an exciting visit! I'm drinking some coffee myself at the moment...
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa, Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteEnjoy your coffee;)
Glad you had a wonderful time with your grandkids. I am not a coffee drinker but my hubby needs it to turn back into himself from a morning ogre:) I was a bad girl on Friday eve as I celebrated a bit too much with my best friend who had her birthday. I had not done that in a few years. It was fun and I felt like a delinquent 's cos her 14 yr old, I think, made sure I had a blanket and pillow.
ReplyDeleteYou're entitled. Glad you had fun, Birgit.
ReplyDeleteI'm hard at work, so a cup of coffee would be wonderful. That's great about your grandkids talking. It's alway wonderful hearing that milestone.
ReplyDeleteIt was pretty neat:) Are you hard at work writing, Medeia?
ReplyDeleteA cuppa for me please and thanks. Delish.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a killer weekend. Cool beans.
I wish my coffee looked as pretty as the one in that picture every morning. However...I would probably drink more than a couple cups. LOL
