Did you know that Boji Stones were first discovered in Kansas? Some people think they were left by aliens, some people think they are parts of meteorites. They are sold in pairs. The male is a rough textured stone. And the female is a smooth textured stone. They supposedly have so much energy, some people have compared them to holding jumping beans.

Heaven forbid, Sandra. I'm from KS and have never heard of these stones before. Useful information when playing games of trivia!
Now you have told me something new! Thanks, have a great day, hugs, Valerie
New to me too.
Love the meerkats as well.
Nope. I didn't know that!
Never even heard of them. Aliens must have wiped my mind.
Wow! Never heard of these, but it sounds very cool to grab some if I ever visit Elizabeth in Kansas. Very fascinating trivia! Hugs, RO
O-: I never heard of them. Just read a bit more about them. Very cool!
I've never hear of them either, let alone I never knew where they were discovered.
There's a lot of different theories on those stones. Some say they're Pop Rocks. Some say they are different from Pop Rocks. Whatever, I find them fascinating.
That is so cool Sandra! I had to go look this up and see what they look like! Very cool!
(Sorry, I am so late again coming around in blog land! I just wanted to say, you Rock too!!! I am so happy you have got a good response on my blog and from all around the other blogs too!! Thanks for being you Sandra! Big Hugs!)
Entirely my pleasure, Val.

First I've heard of them.
Hi, Elizabeth! Thanks for stopping by.
Lots of folks haven't.
Good point:)
Ha. I think I'll snag that for an excuse when I'm having any memory issues.
Ha. Hopefully no kryptonite.
Lets take a road trip!
Hugs received and returned.
Boji Stones--definitely cool:)
:) You're in company then;)
I can't recall hearing about the boji stones before now...but maybe I have as I'm quite interested in Native American culture...crafts, arts and beliefs. I'll have to catch up on some more reading. I've a couple of informative books here. My female cat is named "Shama"...after "Shaman". :)
I've a few crystals...male and female. And I also have a lovely green stone from New Zealand. It was given to me by Kiwi friends. The story goes if a green stone is given as a gift it brings good fortune to the recipient.
I don't think I'd heard of Boji Stones until now!
Adorable picture of the meerkats.
All the best Jan
Your green stone sounds fascinating. Did they tell you what it was?
I find Boji Stones fascinating and meerkats delightful:)
I did not know that! And they look like meercats!
