Tuesday

Tuesday's ketchups and updates.

As you know we spent a couple of days in Tampa after the bro had his transplant.
This is the view from one of my brother's rooms.  As to be expected, he has been shuffled in and out of several rooms. ICU, etc.
Beautiful, hey?
We were home four days then headed for Greenville to watch the kids for a week while the baby's parents flew him to Memphis to have his surgery. Meet their cat Wally or Waldo as I call him.
AND now we are home! Feels so good.
I was happy to see the hellebores flourishing
AND...
For the foodies out there. Stopped for lunch at La Patisserie. I had the peanut butter toast with bananas, strawberries and ____ fill in the blank seeds, because I don't remember:) Surely, not a senior moment. Heh.

So blogger buds, what did you do last week? Anything exciting you'd like to share? What's your dragon name?

Glad you are back again and saw some good things on your trip. Hope all continues to go well for the family. My dragon's name is Ieuphay, sounds dangerous and hard to pronounce. Hugs, Valerie

Sounds like you had a better week than I. I was in bed most of the week. At least you were active and had positive news.

My dragon name is Thrthac. Difficult to write and even harder to pronounce.

Your brother has a nice view..or views depending how many times they move him. I hope he is slowly improving. I would like to say fast but this operation he had means it will be slow but it sounds like he is doing well. My dragon name is Itesruk.

So glad your brother and the baby are doing well. He had nice views from his hospital room. Must be fun to play Where's Waldo with the kitty. Must be nice to be home. Nice to see flowers. Those won't make an appearance here for another 2 or 3 months. Looks like ground flax seed on your awesome sandwich. Enjoy your day. Cjnerio

Mine would be Thckhen, which reminds me of a fat egg layer and that could be too close for comfort!

You've had some major stuff going on. Prayers it all works out well and everyone is healthy in no time.

Hello Raorub, and pleased to meet you, my name is Rottdel.(lol) That sure was fun! While travel can be exciting, adding on to it the stress of family illness can make it so rough. Glad you could be there, but also glad that things are going well enough for you all to be back home. I'm always thinking about you and wishing you well. The scenery in Florida is simply magnificent. As much as I love the state, those giant bugs there scare me away AND there's no snow, Super Sandra(lol) Hugs and more hugs, RO

Hello Rottdel:) I hear ya on the bugs. I stayed in a B & B and there was one big enough to move the building. Well nearly.
Did you get any snow flurries the other day?
Hugs received and returned.

Welcome home, my friend. It must feel good to settle in your own bed, have your own "stuff" at hand. And, to know your brother is in good hands. With his own therapy cat, who is very handsome!
