AND to the U.S. Blogger Buds...
AND
Friday we went to Shelton Vineyards, one of my favorite spots, for lunch.
AND
Remember the fosters? Well they're now the permanent fosters. No longer Shrek and Fiona, the HH has renamed them Louie and Maisy. Louie is technically Lieutenant Stubby, in honor of Captain Stubby:) Their access to the entire house is limited till Frank deems it so.
But we are making progress. He stood them for about twenty minutes yesterday, till he figured he'd had enough. Here's a pic of them all 'bird watching'. Heh. You have to look closely to see Louie. He's behind one of the chairs.
AND
Look at this little cutie. Our vet's assist is a wildlife rehaber. She takes in baby orphans and hurt creatures and when they're ready releases them back into the wilds.
AND from California
This little guy is wearing a snoot-full of birdseed.
AND
I'll leave you with a couple of garden pics. YOU, have a great week.

have a nice day to you too
Louis and Maisy are great names. C'mon Frankie Boy, just an affectionate swipe would be nice.
The vineyard looks as great as ever. Are there many such places in your state?
Love that the fosters are staying with you. And your garden.
Happy 4th to you.
Hi Sandra - all looks good ... lovely lunch place, good home for those in need, bird watching on tap! Happy Fourth ... cheers Hilary
Happy July Fourth! Glad you have adopted those fosters, that's great. Tell Frank he's not king of the world. But he wouldn't believe it, would he! Hugs, Valerie
Lol...I love the "bird watchers!"
Happy Independence Day!
hugs

Happy 4th!
Awww, new fur babies. Welcome to Louie and Maisy. They all seem to be getting along while watching Cat TV. The little buck is so cute with birdseed on his noes. What a great pic! Lunch out looks like a lovely and peaceful place. Your garden is spectacular especially the hibiscus.
Anakdenesor, Thank you:) You too.
Thanks, Andrew. Lots of vineyards in the area, but this seems to be the best one to eat at. Though, since we are between the mountains and the ocean, there are a lot of scenic spots to eat at and visit. More, I'm sure, than we are familiar with.
Thanks, EC. Have a relaxing weekend. North Carolina is a pretty state.
Thanks, Hils. Enjoy your weekend, Cheers
Val, Heh.Probably not. Hugs received and returned.
Thanks, Donna.Hugs received and returned.

Thanks, CJ:) Isn't that a cute pic of Mr. Nosy?:) D.L. sent that. Shelton Vineyards is very peaceful. It's what makes it so attractive. Happy 4th.
It looks like a place with great views! Hopefully you've enjoyed it all: the place and the food.

Great photo's Sandra, have a great day on the 4th.
What an uplifting post, Sandra. So glad the fosters now have a forever home. I suspect Frank will eventually accept them. Your garden is gorgeous and that restaurant where you ate looks so tranquil. Hope your 4th continues to be safe and joyous.
You've had a busy few days!
