Ketch-Up Day

We have several of these guys hanging around the neighborhood.  Do you have bluebirds in your area?

How is your week going? Feeling okay? Doing anything exciting?

Same ole, same ole here. Read, write, reset.

AND.....

Frank overseeing the unloading of groceries.

Lots of rain last week.

Added to the water that was already in it and the rain 'barrow' overflowed.

Does anyone grow rosemary? Mine blossomed this year. I've had rosemary for years, as you can tell by the size of my 'bush', and it's never flowered before. I didn't even realize they had flowers. The heavens and the climate must have aligned this year.

March calendar shots.

I got to see my bro and SIL from Illinois last week and on another day went out to lunch with buds. Definitely a good week. Hope yours was.

That's all, buds.

Is that like a bluebird that flew over the white cliffs of Dover?
Frank is making sure his food is being placed on the correct shelf.
Your bush is impressive and I love running my hand over a Rosemary bush and then sniffing my fingers. I didn't know rosemary flowered.
You did have a nice social time with family and friends. Did you pick up anything that might be writing fodder?

Bluebirds can be hateful and nasty birds. Keep the cats away from them. They swoop down and attack.

I also grow rosemary and had NO idea there were flowers. Must be all that rain you had. Amazing.

Glad you had time with family. It makes all the difference in the world.

Frank does a good job of overseeing.

I don't have a rosemary bush, I have a rosemary tree! A friend gave it to me 5 & 1/2 years ago as a tiny plant. It's now 9-10 tall and even wider. And yes, it flowers every year.

Frank is beyond beautiful! I adore rosemary so I'm lusting a bit after your plant. I can't grow it inside and while I can in the summer, it never winters enough to get big!

Frank is gorgeous! Are rosemary flowers edible? I love the scent of that bush!

Alex, It was indeed. Glad you got the rain.
Andrew, We did have a nice visit and yes always on the lookout for fodder. If we don't put things on the right shelf, Frank will jump on it and try to straighten it out:) I love to smell rosemary on my fingers too:)
Jamie, Yes, you've gotten a lot of wet.
Mackerel, Will cat food do?
Wow, Di, that's amazing. I'd love to see it.
Christine, Let's here it for spring.
Jeanie, And he knows it too;) Rosemary is a fun herb, isn't it?
Jacquie, Frank is so full of himself:) The flowers are edible;) I enjoy the scent too.

It's been nuts a work! Crazy busy. I hate the click change. I ate some ground beef with onions, mushrooms, peppers which I put into a lasagne for my hubby but had some left over so I had a bit of that and some veggies. My IBS went into overdrive Sunday, bad pain and my tummy is inflamed. I can feel it but I'm getting better. On a great note, loved the Oscars as always and the fashion wad just a bit...stupid. have you seen some? Some were beautiful but others were....not. loved America Ferrera and M8chelle Yeoh as well as Lupita Ngongo

Our robins have not arrived yet, soon! The blue jays are back though. Love you have feline help with the groceries. My grandma had rosemary and so does my garden. I love the smell on a hot summer day and do get blooms every year :) Thanks for sharing the calendar too. Xo
