Greetings Blogger Buds, Got your Christmas shopping done? Choke. Choke. Wink. Wink. If you say yes, I may turn green. Heh.
As promised, or threatened, here's the pics from Longwood. I tried to limit myself to Christmas and the more unique flowers/shrubs/trees.
So to begin with, a grapefruit tree. I was entranced. I'd never seen one before.
I've got some pictures from the trip home but I think I'll move them to next week so your eyes don't start crossing.
How was your weekend and your Monday?

There are some very nice photos, especially the snowy one with the water feature.
Brilliant photos.
Finished my Christmas shopping? Queue hysterical laughter.
Fabulous photos. Grapefruits and Christmas trees, wow! Hugs, Valerie
Hi Sandra - just lovely to have the chance to look around the gardens. I've seen the odd grapefruit trees ... but a Christmas wonderland - such fun to see. Busy week for me ... but all well - cheers Hilary
Love your pictures. It looks like you've got a lot of your shopping done. I just need to pick up a few presents.
Those gardens are fabulous but I'm especially in love with the tree. I think you visited at a perfect time!
Beautiful pics especially the Christmas tree. I hope to drag the tree out of the Young One's closet and put it up (no ornaments) to see how the kitties react to it.
Lovely photos!
Thanks, Andrew. That was a pretty area.
having a very hard time pickin a fave out of all these photos....AWeSOME :) ♥♥
Heh.
What a combo, hey?:)
Hugs received and returned.
I'd never seen a grapefruit tree before. So cool.
Glad all is well.
Take special care.
I've never seen a grapefruit tree, either. I love them but you kinda forget they grow on trees like any other citrus fruit.
Good on you for getting your shopping whittled down.
Have a great one.
For sure:)
Sounds like a plan:)
Thanks, Christine;)
Thanks, FSG:)
Exactly.
Que bellos arboles de navidad y que bellas flores. Adore la entrada. Te mando un beso
It's Wednesday as I type...storm brewing...quiet weekend, quiet Monday and quiet Tuesday! :)
Love that chandelier!! The Christmas trees are so beautiful and love the Me with the fishes. I have 2 on my tree...glass blown. Glass blown ornaments originate in Germany and often come from the Bible or mean good luck. Obviously the fish is from the bible but it doesn’t matter...they are so pretty. I love the flowers and would love to know the names of the 3 before the trees. They are so neat looking. I am so happy to be off this whole Christmas time..well more than that but, right now, I am enjoying that i can take my time to decorate and not rush or try and do so much in 2 days on the weekend. I feel great except for my regular pain but..who cares!😁🌹☃️
OMGoodness. I also have never seen a grapefruit tree. They sure don't look like the grapefruits I eat on occasion. Loved all your incredible photos, but that decorated tree is amazing.
Hope the storm passes quickly.
Longwood is amazing. And I'm entranced with that grapefruit tree:)
Glad you like everything, J. P.
Sending you a hug:)
I'm so glad you're feeling great and hope the pain dissipates.
